Jesus Fort is a Bible-believing, non-denominational church, located on its own property at 1400 Sutter Avenue San Pablo, CA 94806. We are more than a church. Jesus Fort is that place where many from diverse backgrounds are bound together in Faith and stick closer than a brother/sister. It is indeed the home you miss when you’re visiting with your folks back at home. It is not surprising what Jesus Fort is turning out to be; given that it is a product of a prophetic declaration made decades ago, and quickened into physical existence in April 2017 through the abundance of divine provisions and favors.

It is that place where God, for His own glory, has chosen to raise a special people of consequence for generations to come.  And for each one that God guides into His work at Jesus Fort, He orchestrates all things (spiritual and secular) to work in harmony for the realization of their life’s work. So, it is a welcome into peace, purpose, power, glory, sincere love, and into the joyous family at Jesus Fort.

His Love & Ours, Pastor Olufemi & Elsie Otegbade

Pastor Olufemi Otegbade, is the Senior Pastor of The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) Jesus Fort, San Pablo, California, which he co-Pastors with his wife and co-laborer, Pastor Elsie Otegbade.

Pastor Otegbade trained as a lawyer. He holds LL.M degree and is a Solicitor & Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He had worked at different times as: Law lecturer; litigation and general practice lawyer; Legal Advisor, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary of Texaco, Chevron and Addax in Nigeria.

His greatest calling has been to the work of God. In 1991, he accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior and Lord at RCCG Apapa Parish at Roxy Cinema and became one of the Pioneer Workers under Pastor Tony Rapu. He immediately accepted the various challenges that came with being a worker in RCCG, including at some point pastoring various churches. Together with his wife, Pastor Mrs Elsie Otegbade and other God loving brethren, God used them to start (from their sitting rooms)  RCCG, Love Assembly, Cement Bus stop at Iyana Ipaja; RCCG, Promised Land, Ajah, Lekki and RCCG, The Lord’s Cedar, close to Chevron in Lekki. He and his wife also had the privilege of pastoring RCCG, Grace Assembly and RCCG, Church of the Nazerene.
